Job Description

Unify Works Global is hiring Sales Agents to join our expanding sales team.
This role focuses on selling our digital solutions—websites, e-commerce systems, branding, digital marketing services, business systems, and CCTV installations.

Earnings are performance-driven, combining a minimum target-based earning of 20,000 KES and the potential to earn over 100,000 KES through commissions and bonuses.
Top performers earn significantly above average based on closed sales.

Key Responsibilities

Actively source and onboard new clients.
Promote and sell:
Website & e-commerce solutions
Social media management & digital marketing
Branding & graphic design
Business systems (CRM/ERP)
CCTV installation services
Follow up on leads and close deals.
Maintain client relationships and handle follow-ups.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

Diploma/Certificate in Sales, Marketing, ICT, or related field (advantage).
Strong communication and customer handling skills.
Ability to work both remotely and in the field.
Basic understanding of websites, graphics, and digital marketing (training provided).
Highly motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
Prior sales experience is an added benefit.
